Our selection of “old favourites” these dishes are recognised by everyone and have been enjoyed by generations of Indian food lovers ‘The Way To The Raj way’. Your choice of dishes can be prepared with any of the following:


Prepared with chopped green peppers and a mix of fresh and braised onions.

Greater proportion of hot spices which lend a fiery taste to the richness. (Fairly hot)

A very hot spiced curry served with a piece of potato.
Plain Curry

Plain curry is lightly spiced with plenty of sauce.

A mild dish using fresh cream & ground coconut for a rich, creamy flavour. (Mild)

A thoroughly garnished dish with onions, capsicum and tomatoes with a touch of selected spices. (Medium)

Deliciously flavoured sauce with lots of tomatoes sprinkle of coriander & garlic. (Medium)

Cooked with lentils, spices, green herbs, and a touch of garlic paste. (Sweet, sour & hot)

A popular dish cooked in slightly hot sauces, producing a hot sweet and sour taste.

Plain Biryani

Chicken/Lamb pan-fried with basmati rice and fresh coriander. Served with Tarka Dal.
Tikka Biryani

Chicken tikka or lamb tikka pan-fried with basmati rice and fresh coriander. Served with Tarka Dal.
Vegetable Biryani

Fresh vegetables cooked with basmati rice and selected aromatic spices. Served with Tarka Dal.
Prawn Biryani

Small Prawns cooked with basmati rice and selected spice and herbs. Served with Tarka Dal
King Prawn Biryani

King prawn pan-fried and medium spiced with basmati rice. Garnished with tomato, cucumber and served with a Tarka Dal.
